Confidentiality

Victims of clergy abuse may find it uncomfortable to come forward with their story.  Knowing that your call to us is confidential is important in trust building.  If you wish to speak with a female advocate, paralegal and victim advocate Laurie Lyon will be happy to talk with you.  If you wish to speak directly with Attorney Vito de la Cruz, you will find he is a good listener and protective of your feelings.

All of us at Tamaki Law will treat you with care and compassion when you contact us.

“I’m grateful for everything Tamaki Law has done for me.  You changed my life in a good way. There are not enough words to thank you.”  F. Burke, abused as a young boy, St. Ignatius, Montana.

“I didn’t know I had the courage to stand up for myself. The folks at Tamaki stood with me and gave me strength.” K.M., Yakima, Washington, abused as a young girl at St. Mary’s Mission, Omak, Washington

“Thank you for all your hard work, Tamaki Law.” J.T.W., abused as a young girl in South Dakota
